Affordable universal disc player

The disc tray (flimsy, like most these days) and lack of front display are the only 2 things I'd change.

This is not "heavy duty" but is certainly a level above the smaller, all-plastic Sony and Panasonic players. No complaints so far. The metal chassis seems sufficient. The device is quiet, reliable, sturdy enough, and does the job. Bought on sale at Best Buy (price match) brand new for $199.99. That is a MUCH better deal than the equivalent-level Panasonic DP-UB820-K at $499.98.
