Good While it Lasted

We only watched a couple dozen movies on it; movies with Dolby Atmos, like Top Gun Maverick, etc. It just quit working; won’t turn on, eject, etc. I knew it wouldn’t be used much so I didn’t get an extended warranty. I guess that was a mistake. I’ going to try a Pamasonic this time.

Recent dvd (bluray) player started out the same way. They eventually stopped playing blu ray dvd for what ever reason. No update for the system, no fixes, and becomes a 200.00 paper weight.

Not great but just good

It will randomly just stop. Most of the time I am able to eject the disc and put it back in to get it to continue. Once it quit and nothing would work. I eventually unplugged it, replugged it in and reinserted the disc to continue to watch the movie. I expected more from Sony than this.
