Bought this for recording meetings and classes I attend regularly. Even sitting on the other side of a room. Voice pickup is great and clear. I'm able to go back and listen to previous meetings and classes and edit my notes.

So far so good, haven't explored all it can do just yet

I use the Sony voice recorder to capture live audio using the audio input. I have not used it yet as a pure voice recorder. It is very convenient to snap out the USB port to charge the recorder and download the audio mp3 file.

This was bought to take notes in meetings where written notes aren't typically aren't the best. Very sensitive microphone and worked incredibly well!

Does a great job, nice to have for review of lectures.

We purchased this for my daughter to use at college. Unfortunately, it was not as easy to use as we thought. She had to be close to the professor to get quality recording and that was not always possible. But otherwise it seems to be a good device

The has met and exceeded the requirements. I have been interviewing participants for my doctoral dissertation. it has not disappointed for over a year usage.

I put the recorder in the backpack, I still can record everything from the teacher standing like 10 feet away. When he moving back and forth the sound not really much difference

I bought this item to dictate and have dragon for mac transcribe the audio file into text and then into an electronic medical record. Works great. I would add an extra star for a touch screen to swipe through the menu.

I have nothing bad to say about this product. It has a great pair of mics and plenty of storage. To top it off it has a program to edit the recordings. All around worth every penny.

Very good for meetings, presentations or any other event. A 32Gb micro card is more than enough to keep your recording files stored. Fully recommended!

It is really good for what I am using it. I would recommend and buy another one if necessary for my work: most likely I will do it shortly.

It has worked well so far. I need to practice with it a lot, so I can store things on the fly when I have to interview 10 or more people at a time.

I’ve been recording new topics in my line of work. Now I can listen & review what I’m learning to reinforce it. Good clarity, quite handy.

I think it is a good little gadget, bit honestly could be replaced by any smartphone that has a voice recording option. Probably very good for recording lectures and classwork, interviewing etc. I like the USB charging feature

Bought for my mom. She used for recording some stuff. She is enjoying it. But for older people, it can be more user-friendly.

For all those who want to keep record of stories, family history, as told by those who were there, this is a neat little device.
