My favorite lens!

Awesome Lens

It was a really tough decision between this and the 16-35 GMaster. The Zeiss lens is clear all the way to the edge wide open and I have been really really happy with the quality. The only thing this is lacking compared to the Gmaster is the zeiss is F4. So I do miss the faster lens while shooting astrophotography. BUT.. I come from Montana, my landscapes come from backpacking miles and miles. The Zeiss is WAY more compact than the GMaster, and not to mention half the price. For that reason I stuck with the Zeiss. I would recommend this lens to anyone. I would say GMaster is overall a better all around lens because of the F2.8. But, your choice is between two very solid lenses and I would recommend the Zeiss to anyone

Sharp Lens!
