    Love the earbuds, except one huge detail. They won’t allow you to track lost or misplaced earbuds with iPhones. Actually my second pair I’ve brought, because I misplaced the first pair, and didn’t have anyway to see where they were last or ping them like you can if you have a Samsung

    Left earbud rarely connects Doesn’t hold charge very long. Owned less then a year and left one doesn’t work at all and charger lights up but won’t charge anymore. Strongly recommend not to purchase this product. One star is being generous.

    I switched from air pods to these and I couldn’t be more disappointed! Spatial sound cannot match Apple’s technology. The case top is flimsy it feels as cheap as a $10 set of earphones. The ANC just barely works and sound leaks in even with the largest set of ear cushions. Also, you need an app to get the most of these and that should not be the case. I have the Sony link buds with the open back and they’re far better than these things all around. Save your money, these do not beat the top earbuds on the market.

    Don’t buy, It's not good or efficiend or comfortable enough for the price. If it was $100 it would be a good buy. But for headphones worth $300, It delivers nothing to be happy about!

    I could tell within a few minutes that I had a faulty product. Noise cancelation did not work at all. I had the xm4 buds previously, but they were stollen. Which is a bummer because they were great. After this experience I moved on to Bose Quite Comfort Ultra earbuds and have not looked back.

    Not sure what the hype was about. Very muddied mids, poor instrument separation, anc wasnt as good as described. The denon pearl pro are on sale for $150. I'd highly suggest those over the sonys for the price. If you want true audiophile grade earbuds check out the noble fokus rex5.

    Shocked at how poor the surrounding noise was picked up from my phone calls. I could not use these for conference calls except for in a closed office. I had to return.
