Occasionally the noise cancellation cuts off. Even though I turned off the safety option. Sound is great overall.

Switched over from having a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds+, and much prefer the tail-less buds. The battery life isn't the longest, at just over 6hrs for a single bud. But the case can recharge them a few times over. The range is insane. I've gone about twice the "max range" of bluetooth and still been connected.

The only downside is that they do fall out sometimes not sure if it’s just my ear, but that is the only problem I have with them other than that I love how they track how long you listen when you listen the times and the dates and I really love how it tracks a lot of your stuff And they’re headphones highly recommend

Failed after 2 months, distortion, very low volume

They were never loud enough, and after only two months of normal use they suddenly started distorting and the volume dropped to an unusable level overnight. I tried troubleshooting on my own and went through Sony’s diagnostic steps with zero improvement. Best Buy support was also disappointing and unhelpful. For the price, this kind of reliability and support is unacceptable.
