You can change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. Great in ear headphones

The only negative he has is that he loses them sometimes because they are small…… but that isn’t Sonys fault

Solid earbuds

Like the app to set up the pods and control sound settings. Adaptive sound control is great as well and will let ambient noises around you in. When I’m on a moving vehicle and resting my head agains the vehicle frame all noise comes in through the earbuds, think the vibrations disrupts the adaptive sound control
