Worst best buy experience I've ever had

Got water damage, less than 3 months old. Sony doesn't offer warranties, nor has the ability to repair it. Best Buy won't help. This is totally broken, and costs over $300 with tax. Sony's recommendation is to "check the yellow pages and find a repair center". Please, do not purchase these earbuds. They aren't good quality and break very easily with no hope of fix. Connectivity isn't that great either. Sound is ok, not as good as Airpods. Such a waste of money.

Though more comfortable than the XM4's, the 5s were not as comfortable as the Bose Quiet Comfort II (or Ultra). These also kept falling out of my ears.

Also started getting random static in the left ear. I don’t listen loud at all, but I’m pretty sure one of the drivers is blown

Noise cancelation

Sometimes i fee like they might fall out but they havent so far. Only thing i would have preferred soft plastic bud cover the fabric material is a little to thick for me

Considering these are the highest rated ear buds, especially for sound coming in through the mic, these fall very short
