We're sorry to hear that the earbuds turns on randomly while inside your pockets. This is usually not the case for our WF1000XM5 nor the experience we want you to have. To better isolate this issue, can you tell us if the earbuds turns on even when the charging case is closed? In the meantime, please make sure that the left and right earbuds are properly set into the charging case, and close the charging case lid. Disconnects frequently. I’ve had mine just over a year and they’ve already crapped out. Won’t charge. What a waste of money. They will not replace it because it is two months out of warranty. Insane that their product barely lasts a year. Bose stands by their products.
