It is recommended changing the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.

Great earbuds, just not for me.

Sound quality was great, and the noise canceling for earbuds is amazing. However, it did hurt my ears. Tried all the different sizes and couldn't keep them on for that long. Plus battery life was shorter than I would have liked.

There's a lot of flexibility in how to configure them, but the Sony Sound Connect software doesn't save settings, randomly changes stuff, etc.

Like the app to set up the pods and control sound settings. Adaptive sound control is great as well and will let ambient noises around you in. When I’m on a moving vehicle and resting my head agains the vehicle frame all noise comes in through the earbuds, think the vibrations disrupts the adaptive sound control

Additionally, I experienced discomfort in my right ear during use, and on one occasion, the foam tip became lodged in my ear.

App is bad.
