Good product, bad company
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are solid earbuds, if they fit. The two stars is because of the connectivity nonsense and the tips. The tips are consumable. Meaning they wear out at a regular interval. Ive been wearing buds for close to 30 years and never have i had tips that wear out. No big deal I'll buy some more. Cant. Sold out for over a month. Shipping cost twice as much as the buds. What a joke. I'll live with my oil-filled earbuds. They're gross but they still work.

I bought these for myself and the air pod pro 2 for my wife. In my personal opinion the air pods pro 2 have way better noise cancelling. Plus the app that syncs up is a little buggy and you have to dig through all the options just to find the best sound but with the air pods its stress free.

Eartips wear out and you can’t get replacements

They wear out after about 6 months of regular use and you cannot buy original replacements, they are continually out of stock. You can get knock offs elsewhere that don’t have the filter screen, but if you want the originals you’re at the mercy of Sony and they’ll only send one pair of replacements and after that they’ll direct you to the product page where you can buy them, where they have been out of stock for the last several months. They said there is some outside factor, I have previously had Airpods pro and bose earbuds and never had the problem because they are coated in silicone.

If you have them in your pocket they will randomly decide to connect and route audio. The case is cheap plastic, the noice control is ok for an office setting but anyplace where you want them to really work they won’t. The app is a travesty and is required to get them to work. If you do buy them for some reason make sure you turn off any dynamic settings so they don’t magically decide to change for no reason. Just buy apple AirPods or senheissers. Both are significantly better on sound and to live with
