This behavior is often linked to settings designed to adapt to your environment, and we would like to help you resolve this so you can enjoy uninterrupted noise cancellation.

To address this, please start by opening the Sony Sound Connect app and turning off the Adaptive Sound Control feature. This setting automatically adjusts your noise canceling based on your movement or location, which is likely what is causing the mode to switch without your manual input. If adjusting that setting does not resolve the behavior, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order:
