The noise cancellation is pretty good and are customizable via app. They are on the pricer side but I stand by them.

Best Earbuds EVER!

A bit pricey, but it has a ton of great features and they stay in place.

I have always had issues with earbuds falling out of my ears. These actually stay in my ears. The sound quality is really good and the ANC is much better than i expected for ear buds. The passive isolation is really good and the ANC is almost like wizardry.

Audiophile here - worth EVERY penny!

I'm a bit of an audiophile, and these earbuds give me exactly what I'm looking for. It's an experience using them and I have specific playlists just for when I listen with these. Not to mention the noise cancelling is pretty darn good. These earbuds are costly, yes, but in my opinion, they are worth every penny. Not to mention the FEATURES that come with it!! So many things you can do through the Sony app that is paired with your earbuds. I love love love them and will recommend it to anyone.

Better than AirPods

Way better than my AirPods and these are definitely worth the money and definitely noise canceling headphones! I used them at work to cancel out all the noise and I couldn’t even hear a single sound with them on!

The WF-1000XM5 earbuds are designed with a multipoint connection feature that allows them to be connected to two devices at the same time. This is a great feature for switching seamlessly between a phone and a computer, for example.
While we recognize that many users would benefit from connecting to more than two devices, this is a limitation of the current Bluetooth technology used in the earbuds. I don't know how they could be better

I take the train every day in Manhattan, and half the time I forget that I'm even on a train. The bass is fantastic too, especially with the Sony headphones app. It's so good that I sold my over ear XM4's because I don't really need them anymore.

We really wished we could turn your opinion around regarding our WF1000XM5. It is recommended to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
