You can’t track these on I Phone!!!

Disappointed in Performance

Even though I got these on-sale, I would’ve rated these lower had I paid full price. Overall I would give these 2.5 stars, so I rounded up to 3. Why? Sony needs to ditch the foam ear tips or figure out how to engineer those better because they don’t seal all that great and there’s a significant amount of ear fatigue after maybe an hour of wear. ANC technology might be good, and it might not because I can’t get a solid seal, so lots of ambient sound makes its way in. I thought my AirPods Pro 2 were bad, these are worse, by a significant margin. If I could go back and do it, I would have bought a new pair of Bose. But I didn’t because after 1.5 years with the Bose QC2 it started getting super finicky with connection issues. I guess I’ll just continue to hunt for the “perfect pair”

We regret to know that you're not having the best experience with your WF-1000XM5 and you are having issues, particularly with the fit of the unit. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not properly worn on your ears, tap operations or the speech detection of Speak-to-Chat may not be successful, or you may not obtain proper sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performances. If any of this is the case, we recommend to try the following.
To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset. When wearing them, gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

You can change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones.
