To improve your experience, we recommend experimenting with the different ear tip sizes included in the box. Finding the right seal is essential not only for a secure fit but also for maximizing the effectiveness of the noise cancellation. Additionally, you can tap the touch sensor on the left unit to toggle your noise canceling settings to better block out background sound.
