We understand that finding the perfect fit can vary from person to person. We also recommend experimenting with the positioning to achieve a snug fit. That's quite a feat! While the WF-1000XM5s are water resistant, they're not waterproof. In the future, it's important to be cautious when handling your earbuds near water sources. We do have good information on how to care for the headphones here:
