    These earbuds are awesome and i love them. Top notch sound quality and features, i can tell its made by sony. My main complaint is the fit. They seem to be fairly big in my ears and start to hurt just after 10 minutes. I have always had average sized ears, but this seems to be bothering me. I'm thinking about returning them. But if they fit someone else well, they really are perfect

    Whether on the bus or walking my dog, these are my favorite noise-cancelling in-ear headphones. I tweaked the EQ easily in the app, and the performance is incredible. Highly reccomend as they offer phenomenal noise cancelling and sound quality - better sound quality than the Bose equivalent in my opinion.

    As the title states, these headphones are fantastic. They sound good, cancel out almost all noise, and are easy to use. I just wish they fit in my ears. My ear canal is just too small for the smallest size, leading me to have a huge headache after about 10 minutes of use. However, some 3rd party ear inserts from either CharJenPro on Amazon or COMPLY ear tips will solve that for you. 4/5 overall. If the foam wasnt so stiff it'd be a 5/5.

    Excellent earbuds with true noise cancellation. It has spatial recognition and helps reduce outside noise. Loved the fit of these earbuds better than my airpods.

    not good for my iphone, they say it’s compatible w apple but thas cap, u gotta download a buggy sony app to see the battery percentage. the earphones themselves r hecka good tho, the noise canceling is so good. it’s very hard to be aware of the earphone percentage and the case percentage since it’s annoying ash to keep on opening the sony app.

You can also check the battery percentage even if you're not using the app. When the headset is connected to an iPhone or iPod touch over an HFP (Hands-free Profile) Bluetooth connection, it will show an icon that indicates the remaining battery charge of the headset on the screen of the iPhone or iPod touch. The remaining battery charge of the headset is also displayed on the widget of an iPhone or iPod touch running iOS 11 or later.     Great sounding headphones. Only downside is the ear tips that come with them hurt my ears. I found some others online and the problem was fixed. They sound good but aren't as comfortable as others I've worn. I personally have a mixed ipuon about them. On one hand they sound nice and on the toebt hand they aren't as comfortable as my Jabra elite pro 7s.

      This symptom is sometimes related to an interference issue. Please try the following steps, which often resolve intermittent audio quality drops:

      Disable DSEE Extreme: If you are using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, try turning off the DSEE Extreme feature to see if it stabilizes the connection and audio processing.

      Prioritize "Stable Connection": In the Sony | Headphones Connect app, go to the Sound tab and set the Bluetooth Connection Quality to "Priority on Stable Connection" instead of "Priority on Sound Quality." This often prevents drops or static, especially in high-interference environments.

      If the issue persists, please check for and install any available firmware updates via the app.

    Superior noise canceling but they stay on even though I put them back in my case. They make receiving phone calls a task because you have to go to your call options and pick phone speaker or headset. I’m using an Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max. The Apple AirPods just sync better with the iPhone. I wanted some quality earbuds. They sound amazing but it’s going to take an update to fix the bugginess.
