    Honestly i love Sony and have been a fan of there products for well over 10 years, these are by far the best sounding earbuds ive had since the galaxy buds pro. Idk if its just the way my ears are but for some reason the right earbud doesn't stay in as much as my left one does.

    Great Earbuds, worth the money if you love to have quality sound. You can't really sleep with them on your side. Main problem would be how delicate the earbuds can be. Any slight drop on hard floor may break them. I mean the slightest.

    I had read that the noise cancelling had been much improved on these earbuds. I became very dissatisfied with my Apple Pro 2s. The Sony WF1000XM5 are amazing in this regard with outstanding music quality too!

    The sound qulaity isn't bad. But the build quality is. The foam earbids get stuck in your ear, they pop due to fitment, the bluetooth range is awful, they cut in and out. Wouldn't recommend.

    These noise cancel well, however, if you use them for the gym, be wary, If anything touches the outside of the right or the left earbud, it either pauses the song or it toggles the noise, cancellation, either way it interrupts the song and your workout. I accidentally waited too long to return these so I have another pair of $300 earbuds that don@5 compare to my air pro’ 2’s, nice try Sony. But this is for a housewife, not anybody else Also, sometimes just one of the earbuds connect to Bluetooth, and I have to bring the whole case in now because if only one connects, I have to put them back in the case and take them out again for them to work.. Worthless.

We have noted your input about the touch sensor sensitivity and will be sure to forward this feedback to the appropriate department. You can change the function assigned or you can also choose not to assign any functions to the touch sensors on the left and right headset units using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app while you're in a gym to prevent the earbuds from pausing a song when you accidentally touch the sensors.

    The ear buds fall out and the active noise is bad. The ANC is good though sound is decent, battery life is great, but there is no touch feature everything is done by tapping. The case is tiny and these thing will be easy to lose not to mention the box it comes in is just a recycled cheap box. They kept falling out of my ear. They sound good but have a bad base sound when you hit bumps or it hears loud thump noise. I was walking and with each step there was a base noise in my ear. These things can probably be fixed with updates but I don't see the high expense worth it. The ambient sound is also bad.
