To better isolate this issue, can you tell us if the earbuds turns on even when the charging case is closed? In the meantime, please make sure that the left and right earbuds are properly set into the charging case, and close the charging case lid. Great in ear headphones

The only negative he has is that he loses them sometimes because they are small…… but that isn’t Sonys fault
