    Excellent product, noise cancellation is slightly improved from the previous xm4's. I'm not a fan of the coating they used compared to the xm4's, although that may be more of a personal preference.

    Definitely an upgrade from the prior model. Much smaller which is great. The case is also smaller which is also good. Both were too big before. Easier controls and better options for sound management.

It is recommended changing the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.

    The headphones are great. However, this is for all noise cancelling headphones, the technology is simply not there yet. No headphones can provide complete noise cancellation.

    I upgraded from Jabara to these top of the line Sony earbuds. They are durable as I've washed them and they still work. Though, the charging case was not quite so much so. Now I have two pair and one charging case. Still worth every penny.

    I really wanted to like these, but they don't have any real noise cancelling. They fit good, they look good, case is nice.....but they aren't great for the price. I might return them.
