For the fit, we recommend trying the different ear tip sizes included in the box, sometimes a different size can make a big difference in comfort and staying in place.

We're glad that you like the sound quality and dedicated app (Sony Headphones Connect) of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you had connectivity issue with the earbuds. For optimum performance, it is recommended to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony app). Both earbuds must placed correctly on the charging case. Each headset unit will be set to the correct position in the charging case by the built-in magnet. Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve the issue.
