Great, high quality sound!

My favorite thing is the high quality audio playback. If you listen to lossless audio, these are the perfect choice. I can finally enjoy listening to the quality of FLAC audio on my phone. I also have them paired with my PC. The app for the earbuds is also very easy to use, it recently got a design overhaul. Highly recommend these earbuds.

Great app for customization adjusting to how you want them the noise suppression is amazing couldn’t hear a peep from the outside world while in and jamming out!

Best earbuds I've purchased

Setup was easy, the buds are comfortable. I use them mostly in the gym and on runs and they stay out and are comfortable. They are pricey but worth it.

Amazing headphones

I was very skeptical about buying these headphones. Typically I buy beats / Apple products Just because they pair well and are easy to use But don’t always have the best sound. I did a lot of research on these headphones and read a lot of good reviews and gave them a shot. Now that I’ve had them for a few weeks, they are my headphones and I think they are absolutely amazing and worth every penny I spent. They’re very easy to set up. The equalizer is very easy to use.

Great earbuds with awesome equalizer

Great sound, uncomfortable fit

But the noise canceling and comfort of the headphones made them 3-4 stars to me. The headphones were very uncomfortable to wear after a long periods of time or if you fall asleep on them (like on a plane). Compared to the AirPods they AirPods for me have a better fit and noise canceling. For sound though it definitely goes to the Sony. It may be because I have smaller ears so the more average ear may have better luck with fit and noise canceling.

You can change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. Good but not great

Also kept falling out of my ears even when I tried different sized buds. Great battery life though. A little sad I recently lost them but now will look for a new one.

It's unfortunate that you are not satisfied with the fit and noise canceling function. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app).
Aside from changing the earbud tips, make sure that you are wearing both earbuds properly. Hold and rotate the headset unit with your thumb, index, and middle finger to adjust the headset to fit your ear. After putting the headset unit into your ear, hold the side of the headset unit with your fingers and slowly push the earbud tip into your ear canal. If you touch the touch sensor, the headset may operate. If you feel it is difficult to put the earbud tips into your ears, squeeze the earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset. The noise canceling effects may not be achieved depending on how the headset units are worn.
If you use the video function of your smartphone or other devices to record and check how the headset units are worn in your ears, you can understand its feel when worn and get closer to discover the correct way to wear the headset.
The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. When the Adaptive Sound Control on the Sony Sound Connect app is turned on, the wearer's actions, like walking or running, are detected. The noise canceling function is automatically adjusted and the Ambient Sound Mode may be activated according to these actions. To make the most of the noise canceling function, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it.

The best so far

The sound quality is similar to wired earbuds in the 250-400$ range, they can connect to any 2 devices at a time (not just Apple or just Android or just pc) so you can hear your phone and pc without having to reconnect to Bluetooth, the noise canceling is good. The only real issue is that the foam tips it comes with are too rubbery and chafe my inner ear canal where they sit. I got comply foam tips instead and now these earbuds are pretty much perfect to me
