Glad that these were on sale. Sounds as good as advertised and reviewed. Fits well in ear for at least running, long distance as well. The earbud tips are ok, AZLA earbud tips works very well with these earbuds.

These are amazing. So light (xm4 would hurt my ears if worn too long). The battery life is great. Quick charge time is so fast. My XM4s didn't hold a charge anymore. I'm so happy I could replace them with these. Best wireless earbuds yet. I turned off the chat feature because every time I would sing or cough it would trigger the ambient sounds and pause my music. Very sensitive, but it's a great feature. I use it when I travel (and not sick). Get yourself a pair today. I was patient and waited for a sale.

These are some of the most comfortable earbuds I have ever used. Noise cancellation is top notch. I also own the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds. There are pros and cons to both, but I have to give the edge to Sony. These are the best ear buds I have ever owned.

I have used google pixel buds since gen1 and I was recommended these ear buds by a local rep in the store and all i have to say is wow. they are amazing, comfortable and amazing sounding. the best feature about them is you can customize the sound to your liking which is a huge plus!

I was always a Bose customer but like the sound of these Sony noise canceling in ear buds. The app is great to adjust sound and other features. They do not block out sound like my over the ear headphones but do good.

Amazingly well done. I’ve compared a lot of high end buds and these are my favorite. Best noise cancelling. Work in a loud shop and they protect me hearing well. Sounds quality is superb with excellent bass! Stays connected over 50’ away. Battery last most the day continually but charge in the case over break.

Using the right settings, these earbuds last approximately 9 hours on a full charge. Sound quality is as expected from a high-end Sony earbuds. Would recommend.

These are amazing always, but especially with LDAC with a hi quality audio source. The transparency, noise cancellation, long wear comfort both exercising and sedentary, and even the sound stage are not as good to me as my airpod pro 2 gen earbuds. But, OMG these are for the music and WOW do they ever deliver! I have SONY IEMs and headphones and these deliver a PURE ROBUST MUSIC experience with a decent DAC and LDAC transmitter. They are very good via AAC and SBC, but once you hear what they can be it is really hard to settle for what lower quality BT forces them to be.

Apple audio products suck. Get these instead because not only do these earbuds have the same great noise cancelation, they offer EQ settings in the sony app when you pair them to your phone or tablet that make the earbuds sound even better out the box. Apple doesnt want tou to be able to do that for some reason. Idiots. PLEASE DO NOT GET AIRPODS OR BEATS IF YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT GOOD QUALITY AUDIO!!!

Sony has long been a favorite brand for me when it comes to audio. I previously bought the WF1000 XM4 and loved them. I lost them somehow, so I bought the newest version as a replacement. I've absolutely loved them. They are very easy to use with the app. The sound is just incredible. When I have them on in loud areas, they completely block out the ambient noise, leaving just my music. Thoroughly enjoyable.

In a nut shell, there great! Sound is hiw you want it. Battery life is great! I think the only problem for certain people might be the ear buds. Not everyone will like how they fit. But if you get used to them then i think most will like them.

I boight these Sony WF1000XM5 True wireless noise cancelling earbuds - black because of the great reviews they had. These are an expensive set of earbuds but figured you get what you paiy for and the reviews bosted great quality. As the reviews state, you do need to figure out which earpads fit the best. For me, the ones attached were too big for my ears, but it does come with 3 other pads for easy adjustments. This device paired easily with my Android Samsung S20 phone, and as well as my Lenovo Carbon X1 and my Dell laptop. The noise reduction could be a little better, however, still playing with the fit in my ear, and that can contribute to that. The battery does last a long time. I was able to take 4 train trips, 3 hours long each, and taking phone calls and MS Teams meeting, and had not charged the set for a week and a half before plugging them in. As for the soind quality, I am on the fence. The sound works best when listening to NetFlix movies, and when listening to music on Spotify, the sound doesnt appear as good, but could be the playlists I have choosen. Telephone calls are clear and the person on the end staes they can hear me loud and clear ( except for spotty reception areas. Would I buy these again, yes,!! I have only had them maybe 3 weeks, and clearly need to read the manual to figure out all the functions this device can offer.

Sounds good, but bass could be clearer. The bass sounds amplified and kind if fake. I could just be picky coming from status audio

Noise cancelling works great! Comfortable in the ear but if I reposition them too many time my ear becomes sensitive. Perfect for phone calls. Absolutely worth the money.

After reading the review and doing some research , I was waiting for a price drop when I was offered an irresistible offer on Amazon for $229. Seeking a price match, I contacted Best Buy's customer service via chat. The customer service was gracious and pleasant and promptly validated my claim and offered me the product at the same price. After picking up my product and opening to use it, I was horrified to see a used Sony wf-1000xm4 earbuds (along with earwax) in the case. This was a first for me, and understandably, I felt nervous. However, I promptly returned to the store and explained the situation to customer care, who agreed to resolve the matter without any hesitation. I received a replacement product, no questions asked. Having now used the product, I can confidently say that it is worth the price. If you're a music enthusiast, you're in for a treat because the sound quality of these earphones is exceptional. You can hear instruments in a song which you neve heard before! While I would have given a five-star rating, the misadventure and anxiety caused by this purchase deducts a star. Nonetheless, the excellent customer service and the quality of the product ultimately make it a worthwhile investment. I would highly recommend that you open and check the product to save yourself some hassle of running to the store, unless you thrive you anxiety.
