Only downside is the ear tips that come with them hurt my ears. I found some others online and the problem was fixed. They sound good but aren't as comfortable as others I've worn. I personally have a mixed ipuon about them. On one hand they sound nice and on the toebt hand they aren't as comfortable as my Jabra elite pro 7s.

Great Sound Quality for NC In-Ear

I tweaked the EQ easily in the app, and the performance is incredible. Highly reccomend as they offer phenomenal noise cancelling and sound quality - better sound quality than the Bose equivalent in my opinion.

You can also check the battery percentage even if you're not using the app. When the headset is connected to an iPhone or iPod touch over an HFP (Hands-free Profile) Bluetooth connection, it will show an icon that indicates the remaining battery charge of the headset on the screen of the iPhone or iPod touch. The remaining battery charge of the headset is also displayed on the widget of an iPhone or iPod touch running iOS 11 or later. Dont get me wrong i love their tech.but almost loosing one earbud is not a good option. After carefully researching adjustable buds, sony leaded the pack not only as a better rated ear bud but had multi adjustable earpieces to fit just about anyone ears. These earbuds are amazing. The quality and features alone stand out among competitors. However, I did have issues with fitment. I tried all of the provided ear tips but the never fit well enough and this is a larger issue for me cause I wanted to use them while working out with as well. I am not a fan of the memory foam type ear tips so I did return them and tried out the Bose which had better fitment but did notice that the Sony buds had better sound quality and loudness.

It's unfortunate that you were not satisfied with its fit and design. For optimum fit and comfort, it is recommended to wear the headphones properly. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different. The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app also helps you determine which earbud tips suit you best to achieve the optimal noise canceling effect, sound quality, etc.
