Ambient mode is useless

I feel like both ambient mode and anc are weaker than the Linkbuds S. The only improvement I hear is better balance and over all sound quality with longer battery life. These fall out of my ears constantly and the glossy surface is slippery and oily feeling after wearing. They're not bad, but also not what they should have been. I'd probably rate them higher if not for my experience with the link buds s.

We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with the fit of the WF1000XM5. You can change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different. I ended up returning because they were difficult for me to put in and remove. The shape is sort of rounded and the material had no grip.

Is it worth it? in my opinion yes but for other people probably not but it up to you.

Been using the 1000s since third gen and these don’t disappoint Noise cancellation feels a lot more isolated and the music is crisp and clear. I use them for the gym and everyday activities. Overhyped but ok

Good sound but tend to have connectivity issues. Cons- slippers. Doesn’t recognize when its out of the case or in. Constantly having to fiddle with it to connect by taking them out of the case and putting them back in. I would recommed to finding alternative earphones.

It did take some time to get used to the different shape but its nothing crazy. The noise cancellation on these and the sound quality are amazing! I use them daily and can’t recommend them enough

Nice case, good size, fit nice in my ears, and a good app for customization. I returned them for the galaxy buds 2 pro for half the price. Imo, i don't know what makes these worth 300 dollars.
