Just get an xm4 until the xm6 comes out

The changes in design has made it so that the earbuds never fits quite right in my ear, and I've used multiple tip types. Also, if you only use one ear bud, it doesn't default to noise canceling. You can turn on NC manually or use adaptive control, but even then adaptive controls keeps turning off in the app. Meaning it defaults back to ambient noise. If you drop the case the buds just go flying out, I've almost lost them multiple times. It happened occasionally with the xm4s, but the xm5 magnet is weaker I think. Battery life, connectivity, and sound are great, but the problems I outlined make it a fail in my book.

Over exaggerated ANC

Sound is excellent up until the software update. They sound low now & don’t get me started with the eartips. They dont even reach my ear entrance to have a snuggle fit. I’ve tried all tips & even went as far as trying out the ear fit tester on the app. They all say 100% tight fit minus the ss size. The case itself feels cheap like cardboard & is scratched easily . Im giving it 3 stars only based on the aduio qaulity before the software update. If i were you id wait until the price drops. Will be returning mine tomorrow

The bass sound quality will depend in the source that you're playing. When the source does not contain much of bass sound, the bass sound may not be audible. Paired with my S21 Ultra the Ldac is next level, coming from a $70 pair of SOUNDCORE. I do wish they kept the matte finish on the buds themselves, but had no problems after picking the right ear tips. The app is great once you get through the 20 minutes of updates and setup.
