Thanks for commenting. We are thrilled to know that love your WF-1000XM5, and that you are satisfied with its exceptional noise canceling function. We are sorry if you are experiencing an automatic Bluetooth connection when your headphones are placed on your pocket. To avoid this problem, please ensure that your headphones are set into the charging case correctly so they turn off automatically before putting them into your pockets. Put the left headset unit (the headset unit with the tactile dot) back into the left hole of the charging case, and put the right headset unit back into the right hole of the charging case. Each headset unit will be set to the correct position in the charging case by the built-in magnet. You may also try cleaning the contact points on the charging case and earbud headphones to further isolate the problem. For more details, please refer to the following links:

You can change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones.
