    Not very comfortable. Tried all the ear tips. They do not stay connected to iphone 13. Would have returned them but return window is very short.

    Returning these this weekend. They fall out of my ears constantly when I’m just sitting at my desk working. I’ve adjusted to the smallest earbuds and it’s not any better. Every time I have to adjust them, I also touch the outside part and the sound changes (transparency). Very annoying.

    Im really disappointed in these not only are they uncomfortable in your ear. For the price i expected way better sound. Wish i hadnt purchased them

    Eh. I paired these with a samsung s23 ultra... the sound simply lacked in all levels. I didnt leave the parking lot before returning them to the store.

Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. When charging the unit The indicator (orange) on the charging case lights up. After charging is complete, the indicator on the charging case turns off.

      Regarding the notification with voice guidance, when the remaining battery becomes low, a warning beep sounds when you put the headset into your ears or while using the headset, and the voice guidance says, “Low battery”, so charge the headset as soon as possible. When the battery becomes completely empty, a warning beep sounds, the voice guidance says, “Battery is empty”, and the headset automatically turns off.

      By using the Sony Headphones Connect app, you can change the language of the voice guidance, turn on/off the voice guidance, and set the voice guidance volume.     These earbuds have some amazing features but with that being said the call quality is not so great. I get a lot of complaints about sounding muffled like im under water or cutting out even when im in a quiet environment. Ive tried these on my iphone 15 pro max, my samsung s24 ultra and my brand new computer. Also Fortnite sounds awful and bluetooth tv drops out. Not worth $300

Depending on the caller’s voice characteristics or the ambient environmental noises, the audio signal processing that is mounted on the headset may not work well and the call sound quality may be reduced.

    For the price you would think Sony wouldn't hold back.. but they did. You have $39 quality in this headphone. For sure I'm sticking with Bose.

    A great idea and never doubt SONY innovation and quality. In this case, having narrow ear canals, none of the various fitting options worked for me. The buds simply would not seat properly and didn't go far enough into the ear canal. Back to headphones for me. Disappointed with ear buds again...

      If you already change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. Check the earbud insertion angle. Adjust the fit of the headset units to your ears. Hold and rotate the headset unit with your thumb, index, and middle finger to adjust the headset to fit your ear.
      After putting the headset unit into your ear, hold the side of the headset unit with your fingers and slowly push the earbud tip into your ear canal.
      Wait for about 10 seconds for the earbud tip shape to stabilize.

      Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. If the earbuds aren't fit snugly in your ears, they may feel heavier and more likely to fall out. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
      The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will help you to determine which earbud tips suit you best to achieve the optimal noise canceling effect, sound quality, etc.

    They sold me a broken pair. They don't connect, won't reset, and certainly dont work. Considering they were supposed to be brand new, this is definitely a big letdown. I guess I'll buy them somewhere else next time, as should you.
