We recommend to update the headphones' software to the latest version (via Sony Sound Connect app). Doing so may resolve the issue.

This issue may be caused by several reasons, including radio wave interference and nearby devices may interrupt Bluetooth communication and cause sound interruptions. You can isolate this issue by following the troubleshooting steps provided on the links below.
