Their great headphones but i dont see why they should be priced at 300 dollars . Great sound quality and easy to use . If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset. The noise cancelling feature isnt that great either. I can still hear people and machines at the gym. I previously had the Sony Link S earbuds & they do a much better job than these and they fit in your ears more comfortably compared to the M5’s. The M’5 lack overall volume limit, bass, bulkier in desgin & high price point for the quality. Save your time and hassle of wanting to return them lol

The sound quality is slightly diminished. I prefer the sound profile of the wf-1000 xm4’s. However, I do like that these can be used with the LDAC codec while connected to 2 devices at the same time. The xm4’s were only capable of one or the other but not both at the same time.

Bose is better

I tried all the ear pieces and non of them work. I would've returned them but the date passed as i was trying to navigate the ear pieces.

Should have gone with Bose

The XM5 earbuds left me underwhelmed. The noise cancelling was mediocre. Street sounds bleed in all the time. Same for sounds at home when near anyone conversing. My Bose earbuds are far superior in this category. The only good point is how easy the XM5 connect via bluetooth. On the downside, they sometimes connect to my devices while still in there case. Annoying. I would not recommend for the price. Bose earbuds are a better deal.

Make sure the noise canceling function is turned on.
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, tap operations or Speak-to-Chat speech detection may not work correctly, or you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect headphones, only a slight improvement if it was possible for me to use the app to find it if it was lost and also Sonia use some memory foam for the earbuds and the inside of the ears to make it more of a custom fit. Even if it was the cost $100 extra, I think people would’ve paid for the custom fit but perfect headphones for the current technology/desgin.
