Really great but not perfect

With that being said i was will to oay the premium in efforts to get 5 star noise canceling and it just isnt quite there. They are equal to mt samsung buds pro 2.

I work construction and wanted something that i could wear during the day in order to take calls without holding my phone. Honestly, they worked, but my 2 stars is in comparison to the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The Sony buds are big and bulky, and one actually fell out of my ear while walking. The sound of music and bass is mediocre, compared to the Galaxy buds. The price was also big and bulky. All in all, not enough product or quality for double the price of the Galaxy Bud 2 Pros.

Not Noise Cancelling

I had the previous version and there was zero outside noise unless you selected ambient noise. This version doesn't block all of the ambiet noise, it rather supresses it.

Not because of the sound but the continued connectivity issues. They won't connect to my Samsung frame tv. They frequently discconect from my laptop, requiring me mid conference call to put them in the case to reset them. Sound is awesome but cannot stand this connectivity issue.

the best earbuds ever

Make sure to keep the charging case clean, if not earwax and sweat can eventually form a mild glue that causes a little resistance when pulling the earbud out, eventually this resistance weakens the seal until you rip the earbud in half.

Started great, didn’t last at all.

Also started getting random static in the left ear. I don’t listen loud at all, but I’m pretty sure one of the drivers is blown
