Easy to drop calls and mess with settings d/t sensors on the body of the headphone which I touch a lot to push them back into my ears.

Though more comfortable than the XM4's, the 5s were not as comfortable as the Bose Quiet Comfort II (or Ultra). These also kept falling out of my ears.

Sometimes i fee like they might fall out but they havent so far. Only thing i would have preferred soft plastic bud cover the fabric material is a little to thick for me

I own a WH-1000XM4 for 6 years now and it's superb. I would have been happy if these performed half as good but they don't. Noise cancelling is almost non existent. Fit doesn't work for me and sound quality is just OK. My 7 years old cheap Samsung earbuds bits these. Disappointed given these are pricy.

Good, but not the noise cancelling in microphone
