For the earbuds losing their ability to stay in place, it's important to ensure that the earbuds are worn properly and that the earbud tips are firmly and completely attached. You might need to select earbud tips that best fit your ears. The Sony | Headphones Connect app can be used to measure the air-tightness of the earbud tips and find the optimal size. Additionally, regular cleaning of the earbuds and tips is recommended to maintain their fit and performance. Please check these links for more details:
