    I was really hyped when sony announced these earbuds. The feature set was rich, and sony always delivers on the noise canceling front. That being said i had to return these because I wasn’t impressed by the sound, and even worse i found them very uncomfortable. The eartip material choice was a mistake, and i have heard many others say that could not get a perfect fit. If you are interested in these go ahead and buy them. Just make sureyou test them within the return period to see of if they work for you.

    After using my XM4 for a while, I noticed that they weren't holding the charge as long as they used to. I decided to replace them and opted for a new pair with a better ear fit, hoping to alleviate the issue.

    This store has great customer service, other stores I've been to lately, this has not been the case. Sales person was knowledgeable. The product, thus far has been great, good quality.

    My favorites, can’t go wrong

    I have the 4’s which are larger and excellent. The 5’s are a lot smaller and just as excellent. I use the 4’s for mowing the lawn (block out all sounds) and tunes. The 5’s for work and clean places like home.

    i don’t like all the features. you cant touch (reposition) them without stopping the music or changing the song.

    Love these earbuds. I use them daily. Phone calls, music, both work well. You can use only one ear bud or the other at a time doesn't matter.

    Case charging controller fails.

    After owning for about a month, the case stopped taking a charge. The indicator LED stays dormant. And the headphones cant seem to detect the case anymore. Save your money. According to the internet. This is a common issue.

      We are very sorry to hear that your charging case has stopped responding. We understand how disappointing this is, especially when you have only owned them for a month. Before considering a return or replacement, please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if we can restore the connection:

      1. Please ensure you are using the original Sony USB-C cable provided in the box.

      2. Connect it to a USB AC adaptor capable of supplying an output current of 0.5 A (500 mA) or more.

      3. Leave the case plugged in for at least 2 hours. Even if the LED stays dormant initially, it may eventually turn on once it reaches a minimum threshold.

      4. If the earbuds are not "detecting" the case, it is often due to a buildup of microscopic skin oils or dust on the charging interface. Use a dry cotton swab or a soft cloth to gently clean the gold contact pins inside the charging case and the corresponding contact points on the earbuds.

      If the hardware is clean but the issue persists, please attempt the following:

    Fit and Sound

    I picked these up and tried them for a couple days. The foam tips didnt work for me. Took a long time of adjusting and trying different ear tips, but in the end none of that worked. The right bud sounded like there was a ‘whoosh’ type sound coming from it. Almost like air was blowing over it, but I was in a quiet environment. So probably because of all that, the sound quality was definitely acceptable, but nothing special. Actually thought the airpod pro 2nd generation sounded better

    The headset delivers excellent sound quality for music, but unfortunately, it has poor voice quality for calls. Despite being pricier than the Apple alternative, it lacks volume adjustment from the earplugs. It should suffice for listening to music or watching movies, but I wouldn't recommend it for phone calls or Zoom meetings.

    Got this as an upgrade for my fiancée, who has the Sony WF-1000XM3. My fiancée absolutely loves them and uses them all the time. I’ve tried them and I was really impressed. Worth all the money and will be buying another pair for myself in the near future.

    Sound quality is unrivaled. Nose cancellation is unrivaled. Doesn't matter when you essentially can't use them for phone calls. App on Android disappears so you have to search it in the app store to open it. Can't modify tap functions so if you try to adjust an earbud in a call you end up hanging up on the call. App is absolute trash and Sony should be ashamed.
