The connection wasn’t very reliable and would cut out at times, which was frustrating. They also didn’t fit my ears well and kept falling out, even when I wasn’t moving much. On the positive side, the battery life was solid — I could use them for long periods without recharging. However, another issue was call quality: people on the other end often said they couldn’t hear me clearly. Overall, they work but have some important drawbacks that kept me from giving more than three stars.

To address this issue, we recommend the following steps:
-Reset the earbuds: place the units in the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the case for about 20 seconds. The indicator will flash orange for 5 seconds, then turn off. Once it’s off, release the button.

-Initialize the earbuds: Place the headset units in the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the initialize button on the back for about 15 seconds until the indicator flashes orange. Release the button within 5 seconds. When the indicator flashes green 4 times, the reset is complete. This restores factory settings and deletes all pairing information.
