The sound is clear with solid bass, the noise cancelling works surprisingly well for the price, and they’re comfortable enough to wear for long stretches. The battery life hasn’t let me down either, and I really like how easy they connect to my phone. Overall, these feel like a really good value and I’m glad I picked them up.

I have noise reducing earbuds for my job, but these are my first pair of noise *cancelling* earbuds, and the first time I played anything through them, with the ANC active, I got goosebumps. The fact that I can go from having a perfectly sound conversation to hearing absolutely nothing besides the audio media I’m choosing to consume is… so nice. I must sound like I’ve been missing out by not really knowing that this sort of thing is *normal* now, but I’m just so happy with these. They are not tinny, the bass sounds incredible, the clarity is amazing. I love the Sound Connect app that goes with them, it’s so straightforward and easy to use!!

They have some issues, the touch is more hassle than the button. I sometimes click it on accident and because of their weight they fall out easier than the 700 series. Even if you fit the ear buds in with the right size cushion.

The connection wasn’t very reliable and would cut out at times, which was frustrating. They also didn’t fit my ears well and kept falling out, even when I wasn’t moving much. On the positive side, the battery life was solid — I could use them for long periods without recharging. However, another issue was call quality: people on the other end often said they couldn’t hear me clearly. Overall, they work but have some important drawbacks that kept me from giving more than three stars.

For the connection dropouts and call quality, the most effective step is performing a full initialization (factory reset), which resets all internal settings and deletes old pairing information. (Note: After initializing, you must delete the WF-C710N from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair). I would not consider discarding them, however... I constantly find myself wishing they fit in my ear a little better. Maybe they could do an eartip expansion pack.
