Great sound quality and noise cancellation, the app that goes along with it is easy to use and feature extra in depth settings for the earbuds. The gum earpieces are bit uncomfortable for long listening sessions (the box comes with different sizing but none really feel comfortable for me, so it just a personal discomfort) but other than that i would highly recommend these if you wanted to pickup a noise cancellation earbuds without hurting the bank.

Good sound and a decent feature set but not for me

The fit is pretty comfortable but somewhat big when compared to other modern ear buds. I'm not a fan of the playback controls and experience some random sound clipping. Decent to good overall but not for me.

I find they sit a little awkward and its hard to get them into the "just right" position and while i wiggle them around to get them in place, it speed swaps audio versons becuase of the touch sensitivity lol

My only concern is the sensitivity of the touch controls, but realistically a mis-tap wouldn't cause any actual issues. Battery life is pretty good as well, definitely won't last an entire day but that's solved with the quick charge function.

They connect to your phone easily and rhe color is really cool! Blue is my favorite color. The only thing is that when I use them whe working in the yard, after a bit they fall out very easily out of my ears. I even tried using different silicone pieces to see if they would stay better and longer and nope. But that really is the only thing I guess, but i really rely on having my earbuds when being outside working in the yard and garden.

These are my go to earbuds for listening to music or working out. The physical quality of these is alright it's like hard plastic that's a little refined but the electronics and sound is top notch. Definitely would recommend if you arent trying to dish out $200+ on air pods or googles, bose, beats, etc. the sound quality of these beats them all and battery life is great.

To address this issue, we recommend the following steps:
-Reset the earbuds: place the units in the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the case for about 20 seconds. The indicator will flash orange for 5 seconds, then turn off. Once it’s off, release the button.

-Initialize the earbuds: Place the headset units in the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the initialize button on the back for about 15 seconds until the indicator flashes orange. I paint for a living so i know good ear buds from bad, they are loud good bass and DONT fall out your ear when bending over or reaching 5 stars! Plus they hold a charge for 8.5 hours.
