Sound was great, However I have a difficult time keeping earbuds in my ears without an over the ear hook so I returned these which was no trouble. I buy loads from Best Buy because they are easy to work with and I can pick up the same day on most things or they are shipped directly to me. And returns, which are few are easy as well.

These buds have great sound! I would give them 5 stars for that! The battery life is good as well! I’d give them a 5star rating if they were a bit smaller. I can’t wear them for several hours at a time as they are bigger than I thought they would be, yet tho they have never fell out while exercising! Good purchase overall, sound is great!

I wanted something small, light, secure and sweatproof for running. These fit the bill perfectly. The sound quality is decent, not on par with Bose or Beats. The noise canceling is acceptable for work out buds. My only real complaint is battery time. I’ve been lucky to get 2 hours out of a charge. Also, the carry case/charger is not very practical for pocket carry and cheap in appearance.

Overall a good product. Noise cancellation is great. Did not get the "up to 3hrs" listening time. Only able to get 1hr 25 minutes on two different flights.

I just bought these last night, followed the instructions and charged the earbuds. This morning I sycned them to my phone shortly after 6:20AM. At 8:39 AM the ear buds told me to charge them again. I was concerned at first with the battery life max listed at 9 hours.. but when they lasted little more than 2 hours I decided to return them. They sound great and cancel noise great, but if I can only use them for 2 hours at a time... This won't work.

So far I have liked these. I will say, they did not completely block out outside noises, but they do a pretty good job. The main reason I wanted Noise Canceling is for when I am mowing the lawn. We have 1 1/2 acres and I like listening to sermons while I mow. With my Apple AirPods, this just didn't work. But with these, I can listen well while mowing.

I use it to sleep on the airplane which requires that I connect to blutooth on my phone and don't stream anything so that the earbuds don't automatically shut off (which it does in about 10 minutes). Once they're properly inserted into my ear, they are great at reducing the sound from the airplane or during a drive. You might have to change the earpiece to fit your ear canal though. The only thing it doesn't do well is to stream video because there is lag -- you see mouths move and then hear the dialog in your ear. If you're just listening to music, however, it's not a problem. Also, as other people have commented, you only ear audio in the left ear if you're talking on the phone. Lastly, they do need to be charged before an anticipated long usage, as I've had them shut off on me because I didn't charge them. The only thing I haven't tried is eating food while listening. Because Sony earbuds fit to the ear canal, the jaw movement affect your listening if you're eating or chewing gum. But compared to iPhone earbuds, Sony earbuds are like gold.

The Sony - WF-SP700N Sport True Wireless Noise Canceling Earbud Headphones has a lot of good things going for it, but I am not sold on it as my “Go To” listening device. One of the key reasons is that you will have to download Sony's headphones connect app in order to get the best sound quality out of it. It took me about a good week to figure out what setting was best based on what I was listening to as well. Without it, everything was very tinny and came through with poor quality. It was actually a little painful on the ears. On the good side, I did enjoy listening to music once I figured out the aforementioned settings. I found my eclectic taste in music was well received and came through in great quality. The charging case is also a nice feature too. It does a great job of charging the buds when needed. Speaking of the buds, the option to swap out the ear plugs is nice because the standard ones are a little too big for my ears. They are pretty comfortable too. I have had some in-ear options cause discomfort if worn for too long. From an activity perspective, I found the comfort level to still be good while moving around. They stay in place very well don’t create more noise like some. The settings for turning on noise cancelling, ambient sounds, and everything off is nice as well. It’s a nice easy button click that works well. All in all, these are a great addition to a workout warrior’s attire or someone that likes listening to music without the hassle of a wire. Outside of that, I would have to pass. Here are some pros and cons to help show why: Pros: - It has good sound quality for a true wireless setup - It also has a good quantity of bass with minimal distortion compared to other true wireless options - A good, stable connection via Bluetooth - The noise cancelling works perfectly and you can toggle between ambient and noise cancelling modes just by clicking on the left earpiece - The app comes with different profiles for equalizers - They do not fall out even when shaking my head vigorously or moving around Cons: - Outside of music, I found a delay when watching video even when chose to prioritize connection - The Sound quality is bad when not using with Sony's headphones connect app - The equalizer profiles do not allow user customization (only able to choose from preset profiles) - The battery life is only 3 hours per full charge. I can get days out of some wired options

Great sound quality and clarity as always, as well as easy to use. However, they did not connect to my Pixelbook correctly as the audio and video did not sync up. Not to the fault of the earbuds though, as Chromebooks in general are very picky with Bluetooth connectivity in general. So for any pixelbook users out there, these do not work with it!!

These sound great and I love true wireless. Once you get the right fit and use the app to get the bass adjusted these original Sony earbuds are well worth the money, especially since they are usually on sale since there are newer ones available.
