Feel like I gave away my earlier model Sony Buds for free. Can't get any information on the status, been over a month

Has different earpiece sizes for different size ears. It’s not the cheapest earphones out there or earbuds. I should say but it’s definitely worth every dollar sound quality like I said it’s superb. You can hear Hi-Rez audio if you listen to Hi-Rez quality music. These are gonna be the earbuds for you to hear the sounds that you never knew were there.

The mic quality on phone calls is lack luster but the noise canceling is much to blame for that. Noise cancelling while listening to music on the other hand is very good and blocks out most noises. The passive noise isolation is great with the foam ear tips as apposed to the silicone ones on the airpods, which gives you better seals

These are the ONLY headphones that take away the noise. Literally life changing and worth every single penny I spent on them. My wife has the ear muff version and has had the same experience. The foam tips have a bad tendency to rips with repeated use. These are ideal if you leave your buds in for a long time. the sound cancellation is great. But they are pretty bad if you pop them in and out for calls a lot.

Great earbuds

My only complaint is I wish battery life were slightly longer, and it has very intermittent connection issues.

The difference between the WF1000XM4's and the XM5's is like nigt and day. The sound quality is nothing short of amazing. My only complaint is that pulling out the earbuds from the charging cradle is tricky because my hands slip on the earbuds because the finish is smooth instead of a matted finish.

Only gripe is when ANC is on and your running, there is like an echo or thump noise you can hear. Turn off ANC and it stops. The app took some getting used to but works very well.

This symptom is sometimes related to an interference issue. Please try the following steps, which often resolve intermittent audio quality drops:
Disable DSEE Extreme: If you are using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, try turning off the DSEE Extreme feature to see if it stabilizes the connection and audio processing.
Prioritize "Stable Connection": In the Sony | Headphones Connect app, go to the Sound tab and set the Bluetooth Connection Quality to "Priority on Stable Connection" instead of "Priority on Sound Quality." This often prevents drops or static, especially in high-interference environments.
If the issue persists, please check for and install any available firmware updates via the app.
