    Like every other thing in this world these days, you have to download an app. Otherwise it will turn off the noise cancelling at random times. Disconnects frequently. I’ve had mine just over a year and they’ve already crapped out. Won’t charge. What a waste of money. They will not replace it because it is two months out of warranty. Insane that their product barely lasts a year. Bose stands by their products.
