As for the noise-cancelling feature, your headphones are equipped with a function called NC Optimizer. This feature enhances noise cancellation by analyzing factors such as the shape of your face, hairstyle, how you wear the headset (including whether you wear glasses), and changes in air pressure, such as when you're on an airplane. For optimal performance, we suggest running the NC Optimizer function the first time you use the headset, whenever your wearing conditions change, or when transitioning between being on an airplane and on the ground.
