However, AirPods Pro sometimes disconnects while a meeting that I struggled with. Sony WH-100MX4 has a better noise cancelling and over-the-ear style that doesn't harm to my ear, so I could use it for a long time in a day. In addition, Bluetooth connection to my mac is very stable. I never encounter unknown-disconnection. Overall, I'm very happy to use this product and keep use it while a meeting.

The noise canceling is amazing and senses the noise levels around you to adjust accordingly. easy controls by swiping your finger on the right ear for volume and skipping songs. definitely recommend.

Expensive but worth it

The one downside is you can't charge and listen wirelessly at the same time. But the recharge speed is fast and battery lasts long, so that isn't really a problem. You can also plug it into a 3.5mm audio jack, which the wire is thankfully included, but noise cancelling won't be available if you use it that way.

It does a pretty good job of sealing off outside sound even without the noise cancelling on, and with it on it's pretty amazing. This headphone is also rests on the head quite comfortably. I haven't had it on for extended periods, so I can't yet attest to its comfort for a long a flight or a long winter's night, but so far, so good. I do recommend them, especially if you get them on sale as I did.

Unfortunately my last pair stopped charging. Sony offers a good warranty, however I use them daily and couldn’t wait so I bought another pair.

When looking at the XM5 and 6 being several hundred more, the XM4 still holds now. Not being able to connect to multiple devices at once is a bit inconvenient, but it’s easy enough to pair so I’m not too bothered by it.
