Best pair of nose cancelling headphones I’ve owned

Bought a pair for myself, two for my partner (lost one pair on a flight), and gifted for a friend on Christmas. Noise cancelling is amazing, carrying case is handy and have even used it for gaming when I forgot my gaming headset.

Got around Christmas on a good sale and after lots of research i got these for me and the boise for my daughter. She loves her but I like mine better. Also comfortable to wear and if my husband’s snoring gets to bad i put them on and it’s quiet even without the music

Worth the money!

I was a bit hesitant to pay the price tag these come with. So I bought a less expensive brand, I was dissatisfied and returned them for the Sony WH-1000XM4. I am so glad I did! The old saying "you get what you pay for" is certainly relevant here!

And it definitely delivers. Noise cancelling is great, comfort is great, and sound is amazing. Very convenient having multiple devices on Bluetooth. The cost is high, so you may want to hold out for a sale, but they’re a good pair of headphones.

I’m so glad Sony finally came out with the new XM4 with multi device support. I waited to splurge on this headphone. The sound is still beautifully clear as the XM3. It fits nice and feel really light when wearing for long period of time. Still has best noise-cancelling feature of any headphones out there. Well worth the wait!

Amazing and Worth when on sale

Great ANC but gets HOT

Bass struggles when it gets really loud. Earcups just sounded muffled. Transparency is ok. I still had to lift up a side to hear the conversation. Touch controls are acceptable. Can be sensitive sometimes. My main issue is that this thing gets HOT on the ears. Definitely buy it on sale if you are dead set on getting it.

Really work for noisy neighbors

Upstairs noise was really getting impossible to live with. As soon as we begin to hear "Henrietta Hippo" begin her baby elephant walk we put on our WH-1000xm4's and cannot hear anything but what comes in from the T.V. or stereo. Peace at last. Use with MEE transmitter/receiver so both my wife and I can enjoy our lives again. Also good when one of us wants to sleep while other listens to or watches something else. WORTH EVERY PENNY and a lot cheaper than moving or hiring a lawyer to work out a plea bargain.

I’ve used the Bose 700s, Bower and Wilkins PX7, and the WH-1000mx3s. I loved the mx3s but the fit was a bit uncomfortable for longer periods of time. That’s not the case with these new mx4s. The extra cushion feels great and they feel very light. Overall an excellent pair of headphones. Best in its segment!

Headphone Essentials

The sound quality is amazing and so is the noise cancellation. The design and slick and the material is very premium. I do not see any flaws in this product aside from its price. If you can find it on sale for around 250 or less, it is a definite buy!
