They have good noise canceling and sound quality. The battery last a very long time and chage very fast. A great value for the price.

LDAC must be used on my Note 10+, sounds like mud otherwise. Problem is, using LDAC doesn't allow pairing to two devices. Otherwise, many cool features. I would recommend them when they're on sale. I like the blue color.

Worth every penny

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product is amazing, making the price I paid (~$270) feel like a steal, after you try noise cancelling on this device you'll be crying like a spoiled baby whenever you have to bear with any other competing products. I have brought by XM3 which is last generation of this product onboard a few flights and it easily guaranteed me no more humming plane engines when I try to get some rest, I have faith this one will do a even better job. One complaint is that the multi point connection support that is exclusive to this new XM4, I find the setup process a little bit clumsy. I also hope the same functionality can be provided to earlier products such as XM3. Thank you Sony for bringing us such a fantastic product.

Great ANC headphones

They outperform my old Beats Studio 3’s in ANC performance. It’s also nice being able to up load EQ settings into the headphone.

Noise canceling is great. It works well with my phone. Battery life is awesome. I just with my phone would use the LDAC codec but that's not the headphones fault.

Only thing i don't really care for, my fault though, if i touch fold my arms or touch my headphones...they turn off. I know they do a bunch of things, I'll never try or need, so i kept that extra star! I get tired of restarting my headphones. Blame my age!

Not a keeper for me

Was using AirPods Pro which work very well but sometimes bugs my ears. Back to the Sony headphones… Sound is pretty good, not great. Seems to have some crackle at times. Could be the Bluetooth connection which is also why I’m returning them. They have a really hard time staying connected to our LG OLED C2 which hasn’t been a problem for the AirPods or other buds. Too frustrating. Purchased Bose QC Ultras to try instead. Much more money of course but way better sound and no more connection problems.

Only issue was the battery started losing it's charge after 2 days of minimum use. These are better in noise cancelling and comfort with thicker cushions on the ears and on the crown of your head. GET THEM!!
