Works so well for listening and relaxing or walking on the treadmill. I bought these for work and was very pleased at how well the microphone worked for calls while cutting out background noise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great headphones that font disappoint.

There is a Sony App that allows you to adjust the EQ and that has made the sound profile very good. You can also adjust some of the features, like if the headphones go silent when you start to talk Overall these are near audiophile headphones with very competent active sound suppression. The only downside for me is that the ear pads are a little small and tend to get warm. They are not water resistant and the newer 5 series have better sound suppression But is you are cost sensitive these are a great buy when they are on sale

And the color navy blue makes it a great catch for me. The price is a little too stiff for me, but when they go on sale, i would jump on it ASAP.

Great performance, not as comfortable as I'd like.

I used the Bose headsets for a long time, it was not too bad. The Bose headset lasted a long time, but they new Sony ones are way better in terms of performance. Why not give it 5 stars. For one the ear holes are small for my ears and the noise-cancelling could be better. The sound is awesome, but for long flights your ears will hurt a bit and the you will still hear people snoring next to you.

With the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, check the setting of [Ambient Sound Control]. If it is set to [Wind Noise Reduction] or [Ambient Sound], the effect of noise canceling is reduced.
