Thanks for being upfront about your experience with phone calls in noisy spots. The headphones use smart microphones and noise cancelling tech to help catch your voice, but in busy places, it can sometimes be tough for the other person to hear you.
If you often need to take calls in busy places, trying to find a quieter spot or adjusting features like Sidetone in the Sony | Sound Connect app can sometimes make your voice clearer for the other person.

To improve the responsiveness, make sure you are using the flat part of your finger to tap and swipe, and not just the fingertip. For the buttons, please ensure you are giving them a firm, deliberate press. If the issue continues, a quick reset of the headphones often resolves minor glitches. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Sony Headphones Connect app or our online help guide.
