When noise cancellation is on things like wind or ac can cause weird scratching noise, but otherwise noise cancellation is very good and the auto adjustments based on situation are very cool.

The sound quality, the noise-canceling feature, the controls, etc are all very good. The only reason it is not a 5-star is that the microphone is VERY bad. When I am on the phone with someone or in a virtual meeting, no one can ever hear me and when they do, the sound it very muffled.

Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
Make sure to update the firmware of the headphones using the Sony headphones Connect app.
Try using different smartphone to isolate the issue.

Decent purchase..still figuring it out

It sounds great and the nose cancellation is better than any other headphones in this price range. The only thing I'm struggling with is that sometimes it keeps pausing and randomly connects and disconnects automatically which is a little annoying. I'm not sure if anyone else has faced this of if just this piece is faulty.

Also if you cough or clear your throat. It can be frustrating. I have utilized them for watching TV, music and Video watching. They are comfortable and do not get hot too quickly. I have bought a pair of xm4’s before and in fact this is a replacement for those but my first pairs I had dropped and the right hinge swivel had broke and the right cup was just dangling, that was my fault that it broke, but this time I was just taking the headphones off and they broke, in the same way as my last ones..so I probably won’t ever be buying Sony’s again, they cost way too much to break so easily.
