    The sound is superb transferring to device to voice is kind of glitchy sometimes but it's really cool most of the time it works in the sound of the noise cancellation is awesome I can finally watch TV and not have my daughters tablet in the background playing cartoons and doesn't bother me

    Sounds great when listening to music and noise canceling is awesome with little kids and working from home but it is very frustrating to use on phone and conference calls I’m constantly being told I can’t be heard. I’ve adjusted the settings with only a little improvement. The only way to get good mic sound is you have to use the cord plugged into the headphones and your phone or computer which defeated the purpose when needing a wireless connection. For the price the mic should work better when on a wireless connection. My $28 wireless headphones work better for calls than this one. So don’t buy for phone calls.

      Hi Telecommutermom, Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your WH-1000XM4. We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the great sound quality and industry-leading noise cancelation. For call quality issues, please make sure that the firmware is up to date. Also, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve this issue:

      Check that both the headset and the connected device (i.e., smartphone) are turned on.
      Turn up the volume of the connected device and the volume of the headset if they are too low.
      Check the audio settings of the Bluetooth device to make sure the sound is output from the headset during a call.
      Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
      If you are listening to music with the headset, stop playback and tap the touch sensor control panel twice quickly (with an interval of about 0.4 seconds) to respond to an incoming call.

    I've had these headphones for almost a year now, and they are pretty awesome. They don't cancel out all noise (like on an airplane can sometimes hear what's going on around me), but for the most part they work great.

    Sound quality is second to none. Would not recommend for a gaming headset, as the microphone does not have great voice pickup. If you're wanting the best sound you can get, look no further. The app makes these really easy to use, and you can really dial in the perfect sound for you.
