However, the app is confusing to use, and was annoying to keep headphones on the noise-canceling setting because it would automatically sense your motion and turn it on ambient mode

Thank you for the review and we do apologize for the inconvenience. To turn off the Ambient Sound Mode. Press the CUSTOM button repeatedly until the Ambient Sound Mode is turned off. Each time the button is pressed, the function switches as follows and is announced by the voice guidance.

Pretty upset

The noise canceling was awesome. The sound was awesome. Just about every feature was great. Then in March, a mere 8 or so months later, they stopped charging. I tried looking up a fix to this issue and it seems that this is a pretty common occurance. Not what I expected out of a $300 pair of headphones. I'm pretty upset as I likely now have to send them in to be repaired.
