Every time you have disconnect form device#1 and then connect to device #2. It doesn't switch between device 1 to 2 automaically. I still love my Bose QC series better than this.

Not worth the money in upgrades over the 1000XM3

(Thank you geek squad protection plan!) Not much difference in sound quality, extra bluetooth pairing to second device is great.

Excellent Headphones

They are still a top tier noise cancelling headphone. Until the XM5's came out, they were considered by many the best on the market. At the new cheaper price you can not beat the XM4's for quality and function. I love these headphones.

Great audio, so so microphone

Unfortunately, the microphone array leaves quite a bit to be desired. Constantly cuts out and everyone tells me the volume fluctuates constantly and with extreme variation.

Straight lemon unit. Battery issues.

Unit came with 10 per cent battery. Left if on charge for a couple of hours, then tried again, it showed 100 per cent battery. I connected it to phone and right away I get the message "Low Battery, please charge". Left it again overnight charging, next morning same thing. Tried different cables and block, same result. I ended up returning it and getting a different one off of another retailer. Other than that, the sound was amazing and noise cancelling the best I've gotten so far. Definitely love the headphone, not the lemon I got from BestBuy.
