The noise canceling is amazing, and the ambient mode is great as sometimes I'd like to be able to hear my surroundings when listening to my music. The set up was not easy, I did not like that I needed to download apps in order for these to connect. They also had trouble connecting at times. The quality for music wasn’t great. Used with apple products (ipad and iphone), and plugged into a windows computer with the wire provided. Another problem is that they do not connect to Windows bluetooth. Now the pros, they do last a while so battery life is great and the noise cancellation is great too. I did not feel discomfort wearing them for a while. Also liked that it announces battery life and when the headphones are off and on.

Great sound

I was debating between the XM5s and these and these were more comfortable and felt slimmer. I have really enjoyed these anywhere I go including the plane where it blocks out all sound except announcements. Overall I highly recommend

She loved them during the flight and has used them constantly since. These are the only active noise cancelling headphones that she can tolerate. However, AirPods Pro sometimes disconnects while a meeting that I struggled with. Sony WH-100MX4 has a better noise cancelling and over-the-ear style that doesn't harm to my ear, so I could use it for a long time in a day. In addition, Bluetooth connection to my mac is very stable. I never encounter unknown-disconnection. Overall, I'm very happy to use this product and keep use it while a meeting.

Use them at the gym no problem. Use them while mowing no problem. Used at the office for some quiet time excellent. Used while gaming, the two connected devices comes in clutch for this.

It does a pretty good job of sealing off outside sound even without the noise cancelling on, and with it on it's pretty amazing. This headphone is also rests on the head quite comfortably. I haven't had it on for extended periods, so I can't yet attest to its comfort for a long a flight or a long winter's night, but so far, so good. I do recommend them, especially if you get them on sale as I did.

Crisp clear sound with enough base to enjoy the songs but not so much that it drowns out the rest of the range. Noise cancelling is perfect for noisy rooms and can be used with variable ambient noise settings. The app is easy to master and it maximizes the headphone's features. The touch control on the headphone ear piece is sensitive and instinctively programmed. Within the headphone price point they are competitively priced, but I am glad I picked them up during the black Friday sales.

But I could care less because THEY ARE WORTH UR MONEY. It can last days a couple days with full charge. The noise cancelling does work really well and the ambient sound feature allows me to hear things when I’m outside, so that itself is convenient. Overall 10/10. Absolutely love!

Expensive but worth it

The one downside is you can't charge and listen wirelessly at the same time. But the recharge speed is fast and battery lasts long, so that isn't really a problem. You can also plug it into a 3.5mm audio jack, which the wire is thankfully included, but noise cancelling won't be available if you use it that way.
